Begin your day with a beach yoga class that integrates breathing/pranayama, asana/postures, relaxation, and meditation; on the island's beautiful south side playa - Sun Bay.
Class format varies day to day. Classes are held in soft sand. The sequence is designed to accommodate all levels of yogis/yoginis from beginners to regular practitioners.
Emphasis is on spinal movement - undulating back & forth, side to side, and gentle twisting. A consistent practice changes posture, relieves pain, helps to prevent injury, allows for longer seated meditation and creates a sense of walking tall with comfort and ease.
