Thai Bodywork/Traditional Thai Massage Certification – 2000
Professional training and instruction in therapeutic stretching, energy balancing, acupressure, rhythmic deep tissue compression, assisted hatha yoga postures, meditation techniques, and yogic breathing.  Travel in Thailand 2002.

CranioSacral Therapy – 2000.
Curriculum provided the foundation necessary to understand the functioning of the craniosacral system and integrating various modalities into practice.

Certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher – 2001
Certification  consisting of over 200 hours of intensive training in Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Theoretical and Applied Yogic Philosophy, Anatomy and Physiology, Communication, Teaching Methodology, Teaching Practicum, & Professional Ethics and Practices at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.

Certified Kripalu Yoga Dance Teacher – 2004
Certification of completion for over 136 hours in Kripalu Yoga Dance, including emphasis in the Chakras, Body Awareness, Kripalu Yoga, Music Appreciation, Practice Teaching, Voice, Self-Promotion, and Ethical Practice.  Member of the Kripalu Yoga Dance Teacher Association.

Ann Wigmore Living Food Lifestyle Total Well-Being Education – 2005
Training in Growing, Sprouting and Preparation of Living Foods. Application of their Healing Properties; Wheatgrass Therapy; Connecting and Working Closely with Nature; Balancing the Body, Mind, and Spirit; Internal Cleansing; Mental Clarity, Longevity; and Prevention of all Illness.

The Albert Protocol for Muscle Pain Relief, Level 1 & 2 with Lee Albert, NMT.  Training in neuromuscular pain relief techniques for living pain-free without drugs or surgery.
